Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once the order for content is placed, it cannot be cancelled. But if due to some unforeseen or extreme situation, the order needs to be cancelled, then the customer can send a request for the same with detailed information to tech@neoreachdigital.com. Honouring the cancellation is at the sole discretion of NeoReach Digital. The cancellation may be full or partial. Cancellation will be based on a reasonable ground that is in line with the original brief of the task or the project.

Refund Policy Amount once paid for the content order cannot be refunded. If the cancellation is accepted, the customer is liable to pay any pending amount for the work that is already completed.
